What is the best music editing software i can buy for under $80? I need software that will allow me to create beats or insturmentals but will also allow me to record and edit my voice, i am a rapper so i need something that would suit my needs, thanks in advance!
For creating beats, FL Studio is absolutely. But you may want the producer edition which is $199, not quite under $80...

The Fruity Edition won't let you record audio in with ASIO though so you could record the raps with Audacity or Wavosaur.
