My youtube account is suspended how can I get it back or send an email to youtube to ask for a reason?

More or less, you don't. If you have a windows you can try to use a program called FRAPS. But you have to buy it. It's just a screen recording program. Youtube has gone to many lengths to stop you from doing this. There WAS another program called Tubesock, but I'm not sure if it works anymore.
