How do I upload videos into YouTube to get the 16:9 Widescreen without having an HD or widescreen camera?

I have a Flip Mino (not HD) and am trying to figure out how to upload videos onto YouTube, with the videos resulting with high-quality and shown in widescreen, even though the Mino does not have widescreen.
