If the movie is uploaded in 3gp format then you can download in 3gp format otherwise not.
The videos I got off my phone are in 3GP format, and won't work in movie maker. I need a good free 3GP to AVI converter. I've tried about 5 but most of them are free trials and either won't let me save or will only convert a percentage of the file.
I'd rather AVI, but any other video file that will work on movie maker will do I guess.
