Ok so you plug ethernet cable into pc... the you go wo windows media center on xbox and click it then go to xbox/pcsetup and download software unless u hav vista whch comes with it.

the video you made with movie maker can't be uploaded to youtube indeed, and I suggest you convert the wmv file you get to youtube format MP4 at first, and here is a video to flv converter for you to do this,

Make a youtube account first. And then try to upload the wmv file directly. If youtube refused the file I suggset you to convert it to FLV first.
