How to upload a song on Youtube without it being considered copyright?

I heard that youtube and facebook dont work in china. but i have this friend in taiwan that uses facebook and youtube o.o. so does that mean, facebook nad utube only works in taiwan?
um taiwan is a country free from the control of china now. It's like Philippines. And the reason China doesn't allow youtube and facebook is because they don't want the people to report their crimes to the world through public communication.
China controls their ISPs, and they are known to block social networking sites and access to sites across the world.

Its their policy of controlling media the citizens can read. Taiwan is a little more outgoing than china.
The chinese that I know - they use proxies to bypass government controls
Try out these brand new proxies. These proxies support MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, Bebo, and just about any other website. Just type in a URL and press GO!
If the proxies above don't work, chances are they are blocked. Here are some great lists of brand new proxies
These proxies are likely to get blocked soon, so I suggest you sign up for our instant email updates. This way, you'll never need to look for another proxy again!

if you put .cn you get china but .co.uk you are in brittian's internet. so you can access facebook if still in china
my friend is in china right now and she cant use facebook because china is communist and they don't let their citizens use social networking sites
I made a slide show and wanted to use the song Prelude 12/21 by A.F.I but Youtube keeps muting it. There are a lot of other people on Youtube with the song on their videos and their videos are not muted. I was wondering how to upload the song Prelude 12/21 to Youtube without it being considered copyright and it being muted...?
I make videos on youtube and I put in the description either:
