Does anyone know of a freeware video converter that allows you to set a custom resolution for your video that also allows you to convert the whole vid

I use Quick Media Converter. I haven't tried a custom conversion but I know it has the option to do so. The program is easy to use and it's totally free. It can be downloaded here: http://www.cocoonsoftware.com
